In an effort to better serve our clients, please refer to the following salon policies.

Appointment Policy
|
|
We recommend you schedule your appointment in advance in order to obtain your preffered date, time and stylist/ therapist.
We
require a credit card at the time of scheduling in order to reserve the
appointment. If you do not have a credit card you're welcome to stop by
and pay for your appointment in advance.

Cancellation Policy
|
|
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. We reserve
the right to payment in full on all scheduled services for
cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance as well as for no
shows.
|
Late Arrivals
|
|
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first
appointment. If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on
your appointment
|
Age Requirement
|
|
We welcome clients of all ages, but require adult supervision for all guests under the age of 13.
